We cannot investigate SPAM complaints that were fowarded from a non TAMU domain address, i.e., hotmail.com forwarded to a tamu.edu address. Nor can we investigate spam complaints that originated from outside the tamu domain. You must include a complete copy of the SPAM email that displays the detailed email headers. Complaints submitted anonymously will be investigated to the best of our ability - if all required information is included in the complaint.
